Delivery cutoff time is normally 12:00 PM EST, but can occasionally be extended, please call for more information. We make every effort to deliver flowers as early as possible but we are unable to guarantee specific times. In the case of sympathy work we will contact the Funeral Home or church to assure your flowers are delivered on time

Substitution Policy
It is our intention to stock all the flowers necessary to make the design you choose, but occasionally we may need to make a substitution PLEASE NOTE: we try our best to show actual colors of flowers and materials, but as they are natural products there may be some variation in color.
